Hospitali-Tee
About
Hospitali-Tee is a program that aims to improve the health & wellbeing of hospitality professionals through the benefits of golf and help promote mental health, stress reduction and fitness.
Golfers of all levels are welcome from beginners to pros. There is no judgement, no coaching (unless you want tips of course), no handicap required, just a fun social group of like-minded individuals coming together to enjoy a day out and help support each other.

Everyone is welcome
Everyone is welcome to join us at the next Hospitali-Tee meet up, and we were hoping you could share your experiences with all. You can find details on the next event further down this page.
Even if you've never played golf before but still want to get involved, then please feel free to come along. We aim to organise at least one event per month and also participate in charity events throughout the year.
To play, you'll need some golf clubs and to pay the course fee on the day. If you don't have your own clubs and need to hire, please get in touch, and we can help get these arranged for you. We suggest wearing some comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather too.

Swing
Regular golf can help reduce anxiety, improve confidence and boost fitness, all of which can contribute to improved mental wellbeing. You can burn over 1,500 calories from playing 18 holes, and the constant swinging motion strengthens muscles. This, in turn, releases endorphins that trigger positive feelings.

Socialise
Socialise
Golf can help promote social interaction and build new relationships with people. By bringing together professionals from the hospitality industry, we can provide individuals with the opportunity to meet other like-minded people, make friends, enhance relationships and help avoid feelings of isolation and loneliness.
Smile
Embracing nature and being outside is relaxing for your mind and improves cognitive function in your brain. This can all lead to improved work performance and concentration. Relaxing outdoors and interacting with people can help reduce your stress levels and help you smile more.
