The perfect healthy treat for your little ones, if you wan't to make them a bit more adult then you can add a little sugar to the recipe
Ingredients
200g oats
1 banana
Handful of blueberries
120g natural yoghurt
1 egg
2 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of bicarb of soda
Method
Mix all of the ingredients together in mixing bowl with a paddle except the blueberries.
Once the mix has come together then fold in the blueberries.
Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick spray then divide the mix evenly through out.
Place into an oven at 180.C for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to rest and cool before serving.
