Chefs reveal their time-saving hack for Christmas dinner

Tips for cooking Christmas dinner - Good housekeeping

Tis the season to be jolly and all that, but one thing that can make the festive season anything but is the impending stress that is Christmas day dinner. Whether it's turkey timings, having enough pots and pans, or getting everything actually on the table, that annual Christmas feast is certainly a challenge.

It might seem like the simplest thing to do, but Tom Cenci, says roasting all your veg instead of boiling saves so much more time.

"All can be roasted from raw, especially sprouts, and have much more flavour for doing so,"
"I simply pan fry my spouts with a little oil from raw and finish with a little soy sauce and orange."
