Recipe - Crispy Fried Chicken

Finger licking good (don't touch your face or mouth, obvs)

Brine chicken for 4 hours then wash and marinate in buttermilk⁣⁣⁣ for 24 hours ⁣⁣⁣

Dredge in flour mix (ingredients below) and fry till golden and cooked through⁣⁣⁣

Simples ⁣⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Brine (bring to a simmer and cool)⁣

1 litre water ⁣⁣

100g salt⁣⁣

For extra flavour add a tea bag of herbal tea ⁣⁣⁣

Dredge flour ⁣⁣(mix together)⁣

300g flour⁣⁣⁣

100g corn flour ⁣⁣⁣

2 tsp's baking powder⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp cayenne pepper⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp five spice⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp paprika⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp garlic powder⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp ground coriander⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp black pepper ⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp salt
