Recipe - Souffle pancakes

It's time to up your pancake game, try these souffle pancakes with fluffiness level 10


4 Eggs

50g Sugar

100ml milk (or dairy free alternative)

70g Plain flour

1 tsp Baking powder


Separate the egg yolks and whites

Mix the flour, egg yolks, baking powder and milk together

Whisk the egg whites and sugar together till they form a peak and fold into the flour mix

Add a little oil to a non stick pan then place spoonfuls of the mix inside

Cook for about 3 minutes, add a dash of water and put a lid on and wait 1 minute then flip the pancakes and repeat

Serve with lashings of maple syrup or whatever topping suits your fancy
